I used this shrug in a lyrical piece. I ordered it in a small. I'm average weight and i'm 4'11. I would expect to fit into a small, but it was more like a child small rather than a small adult. The size was very misleading. By the time i was done with the shrug it had gained three holes in the seem from me stretching it so much. On a brighter note, they looked really great in the end!

The flow of the material was perfect to accentuate the worship dance. Did not require drastic movements, it was perfect.

Perfect for the "flowy" look!

About Me Casual/ Recreational
It's gorgeous! I love the way it flows, and it helps me remember to use my arms when I dance! I bought a sleeveless leotard to go with it, so my armpits show, but I think it will be possible to attach the shrug. I'm very pleased with the purchase! :)

Everyone LOVES these
By Carol
from Los Alamitos, CA
Once I passed these out in class to rehearse with, my dancers did not want to give them up. They love wearing them! They are cool, lightweight and flow beautifully. An added benefit is that students can easily see if they are together with their port de bras combinations or not and it inspires them to be even more aware of how "soft" their arms need to be in lyrical/liturgical work. They are so economical and the colors are beautiful! This is actually our 2nd year that we are using this in a piece for our dance concert.
